POLICIES

We use an industry leading encrypted system (SSL) to process transactions with the utmost security. This software encrypts all your personal information into an unrecognizable code that is securely transmitted from you to us.
PRIVACY POLICY
We are fully committed to your privacy. Under no circumstances do we ever disclose any of your personal information to any third party. Information including your name, address, and phone number are obtained when an order is placed; however, this information is solely used to process your order securely. We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining and using this information responsibly.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card through PayPal, which is a fully secure company with an outstanding world wide reputation. If you already have a PayPal Account, you may certainly pay us with your account. However, if you do not have an account, and do not wish to set one up, it is not necessary to do so to make your payment. You can use your credit card to make a one time payment through PayPal to pay for your order. If you have any questions about this, please go to our "Contact Me" page and send a message.
We also gladly accept money orders or cashiers' checks. We will accept personal checks as long as the purchaser understands that we allow up to three weeks for the check to clear prior to shipping. Sorry, we do not ship COD. Please make out your check, cashiers' check, or money order to PARK AVE DESIGNS.
RETURNS
If you are not happy with any item you have purchased from Park Ave Designs, you may return it to us within fifteen (15) days from date of receipt for a full refund or exchange (minus a 20% re-stocking fee). We do not refund the initial shipping charges and you are responsible for all return shipping. We cannot accept any merchandise that has been used or altered from its original state and packaging.
We take extensive care to insure your order arrives safely. However, because of the delicate nature of many bridal accessories, there may be rare occasions when goods arrive damaged. Please open your package immediately and inspect all items. We must receive notification of damaged items within five days. We will then be happy to replace the damaged item at our expense.
To initiate a return, contact us to request the proper form. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and supply you with a shipping address. To receive your refund, you must clearly mark your RMA number on packages you return and you must also provide a copy of your original invoice; we cannot accept your shipment and process your refund or exchange without it.
BACKORDERS
Park Ave Designs stocks all merchandise advertised. Occasionally an exceptionally large order will deplete stock on a particular item. If your order includes an item that we unexpectedly do not have in stock, we will contact you. If you wish, the item will be back ordered and shipped to you as soon as it becomes available.
PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION
We identify each item with a unique style number. Many of our products may be purchased in various colors. Please keep in mind that the colors refer to the stones in the item, not the mounting.
If you find an item that you are interested in that is not listed in the color you need, please contact us. There is a good chance we may have the color you are looking for or the ability to obtain it especially for you.
SHIPPING
SHIPPING METHODSWe normally ship promptly within 1-5 days after the order is placed. We understand that you are anxious to receive your order, and will do our best to get your package to you as quickly as possible.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation unless other arrangements are made.

Our standard shipping and handling charges are shown below, and reflect the pricing for USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Mail International. Additional charges may apply if you require expedited shipping; please see our 'Rush Options' below for more information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship our products out within 1-5 days. We gladly accept international orders and ship via USPS Priority Mail International with delivery confirmation. Although orders typically arrive within 6-10 business days from the date of shipment, actual delivery times may vary due to the customs process in each country. This method does provide tracking, however, we cannot be held responsible for orders held up in customs.
Customers are responsible for all taxes, tariffs and all other costs associated with the delivery and receipt of their order in their country. If you are unsure of what tariff or tax may be in your country, please contact your local postal service.
Canadian Customers: Important! Canada is experiencing serious delays after the package is handed off to customs. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
RUSH OPTIONS
Rush shipping is available for US customers only. If the item(s) ordered are in stock, we would be happy to expedite shipping for you for no extra charge (in many cases we are able to ship out same-day). Please indicate the date by which you must receive the order in the comments section. We ship via USPS Priority Mail which takes 2-3 business days to arrive anywhere in the US.
If you require even faster shipping, we can ship the order via UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air, for a fee of $5.00 per package plus the cost of shipping. Please include this request in the comments section, and we will respond with the total charge for your chosen service.
ORDER TRACKING
Our standard method of shipment includes delivery confirmation and tracking. Once you place your order, an order confirmation e-mail will be automatically sent to you. After the order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking information. If for some reason you do not receive this e-mail, please contact us and we will cheerfully provide you with the necessary information to track your order.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I have my order shipped to a different address?Certainly! You can indicate on the order form where you would like the order shipped which can be different from the billing address. If you need to provide us with any other instructions please do so in the comments section.
How can I tell if the earrings, bracelet, etc. are included?
If the item is listed as a necklace set, the matching earrings are included for no extra charge. Similarly, if it is listed as a complete ensemble, it will include the earrings, necklace and tiara. The description of the item will include the information regarding which items are included and which pictured items are available for an additional charge.
How do I check the status of my order?
If at any time you would like to check on the status of your order, please contact us. We would be happy to help you.
Can I order via telephone, fax or mail?
Park Ave Designs operates solely on the internet. However, yes, we will now accept orders via telephone at 1-250-833-4866. On telephone orders will will e-mail you a copy of the order which you will need to approve prior to it being processed. We are also happy to accept orders through 'snail mail' (USPS).
